Verve Constructions (Qld) Pty Ltd a North Brisbane Construction Company
Verve Constructions (Qld) Pty Ltd is a small family-owned North Brisbane Construction Company which commenced operations in 2008. Our head office is located at Caboolture on Brisbane’s Northern outskirts, with projects in various locations throughout urban and regional NSW and QLD.
At Verve, we pride ourselves on achieving our client’s individual needs by being both versatile and very adaptable and thus delivering results which meet our client’s specific needs. We understand that each project is unique and strive to meet and deliver the needs of each of our clients.
Since operations commenced, Verve has completed projects, ranging from multi residential unit developments, retirement village developments, residential subdivisions, sporting clubhouse renovations, construct office & warehousing facilities, commercial building renovations and fit outs, retro fit of passenger lifts to commercial buildings, residential home construction, and maintenance to all areas of the industry.
Our strong professional relationships extend to both clients, staff, contractors, and suppliers and contribute to the positive outcomes for each project. Verve’s delivery of past quality projects has been achieved with a remarkably high level of customer satisfaction, whilst maintaining strategic professional relationships. Verve has a proven history of successful delivery of projects both on time and budget.
Founding Director, Heath Braid with over 30 years’ experience, on behalf of Verve, diligently works as an advocate for the business, whilst also actively seeking new business opportunities to expand our client base and company footprint. With the support of an experienced on-site and administrative team working with him, this allows Verve the flexibility to provide personalised support and service for clients and their specific needs.
